Cozy is the best way to describe this trend. Plaid is always a reoccurring fall-time trend and my personal favourite. The classic pattern can be played up or down and can be seen in a variety of different clothing from jackets and button downs to scarves and even footwear! I know I’ll never be out of style on campus wearing a plaid shirt or even having it wrapped around my waist, it can be worn with skinny jeans or leggings tucked into your favourite pair of this season’s boots. The ever-so-trendy rubber boots are back for another season. I have always been a huge fan of these boots because they are so simple it makes them extremely versatile with any fall outfit you throw on. Campus style suggests that this Canadian footwear staple is going to be the shining star during this fall semester. These boots are best to be worn with skinny pants (of your choice) that you can easily tuck into the boots, an easy footwear choice when you’re rushing out the door for class.
